Celebrate Christ’s birth by making Him known, sharing hot cocoa, coffee, and outreach literature to enhance the festive atmosphere

What to Expect:
- Arrive by 10:00 AM (we’ll have a group leader from 9:45 to 10:30 to greet you).
- We’ll start with prayer, divide into teams, and head out to engage with festival attendees.
Meet in front of Jive’s Coffee Lounge

- Just off Colorado Ave between 24th and 25th, Old Colorado City
- Adjacent to Bancroft Park and across W Pikes Peak Ave from the Old Colorado City Library
Parking & Shuttle
- Limited Street Parking—FREE SHUTTLE Recommended
- Park: 130 S Nevada Ave Downtown
- Colorado Springs C.A.B. Garage
- $1/hour (charged by the city)
- Shuttle: Free rides from 130 S Nevada Ave to the event.
- Note: You don’t need to park in the garage to use the shuttle. No dogs allowed.
Tips for a Great Outreach Day
- Arrive Early: Get there by 9:45 AM to meet the group leaders, pray and settle in.
- What to Bring: Wear comfortable shoes, bring water, and a heart ready to share hope!

What to expect: No fireworks will be launched from Memorial Park but there will likely be picnickers and tailgaters to view fireworks at other events and skaters enjoying the skate park
- Skate Park Outreach | 6:00 PM to ~8:00 PM: We’ll set up near the Memorial Skate Park to hand out hot dogs, sodas, and outreach literature to skaters
- Fireworks Crowd | ~7:00 PM to 9:00 PM (pre-fireworks): We’ll engage the crowd waiting for fireworks.
Meeting Location
- Meet at Memorial Park Skate Park at 6 PM on July 4th to set up and pray.
- We’ll serve hot dogs from the skate park's blue canopy covered seating area
Parking
- Sertich Ice Arena Lot (Farragut Ave.): Park here for easy access to the skate park; enter from Pikes Peak Ave.
- The lot may fill up, so park across Pikes Peak on Meade or Farragut in the neighborhood area.
Additional Information
- Memorial Park will likely draw a crowd of picnickers and tailgaters to view fireworks at other events, though none are launched from the park itself (see map).
- We expect to engage 50–100 kids at the skate park and reach hundreds more in the park overall.

The Colorado Springs flea market is an easy and relaxed environment for sharing the gospel. We use inviting signs and offer free materials like Bibles, New Testaments, ServeNow booklets, and other topic-specific booklets. .
Meeting Location
- Address: 5225 E. Platte Ave
- We will have an outdoor space with a canopy and tables set up.
